Thank you for your continued participation in the BONUS Depreciation Accredited cohort of the Charging Cities Fund. This letter accompanies your quarterly position statement for Q1 2026 and confirms the items the Trust owes you under the cohort’s information requirements and SLAs.

Net Asset Value

Per the dual-NAV methodology, the Smart Trustee quarterly NAV/unit for the period ending Mar 31, 2026 is $1,010.50. The CBA annual NAV is computed at year-end and will appear in the Q4 packet.

K-1 status

Your K-1 for tax year 2026 will be issued by March 15, 2027 per the cohort SLA. There is nothing required from you at this time.

Qualified asset receipts

Receipts supporting BONUS depreciation flow-through (chargers, switchgear, canopy, eligible site civil) will be made available to your tax preparer through a permissioned link within 30 days of deployment, with all source documents retained in the audit trail. No deployments occurred in this period.

Liquidity window

The next scheduled window is Jul 1, 2026 – Jul 15, 2026. Sequencing is mediated by REV on Exchange Reserve and reviewed by the Steward; redemption requests submitted during the window are evaluated against the liquidity buffer of $250,000.

Fiduciary notes

All gate transitions and Series-level decisions during this period are recorded in the Decision Log and anchored to the Metistry trust ledger. A Quarterly Fiduciary Report covering the same period is available to the Steward upon request.
